Scope: 6,375 SF Restaurant

A ‘Quonset hut’ is a lightweight prefabricated structure of corrugated galvanized steel having a semi-cylindrical cross-section. This unique lease space design drew the group from Zoli’s which features full service, sit-down Italian-inspired pizza. In addition to pizza is a walk-up window from their sister ice cream shop, Cow Tipping Creamery. Interior design cues relate to the structural ribs of the Quonset hut.
