Scope

2,150 SF Restaurant, 1,640 SF Cocktail Bar with 215 SF Exterior Patio

Project

Tinie's is an anchor for the SOMA project: a collection of 100-year-old buildings refurbished for today. The restaurant interior is rustic, yet refined. The brick walls, once crumbling, have been repaired and skimmed with an artistic application of mortar. The right hand wall is flanked by navy blue banquettes and wooden tables, with milk glass pendants overhead, lending a vintage appeal with concrete floors under foot. A U-shaped bar stands out as the focal point towards the rear of the restaurant. El Escondite (which literally translated is “the hideaway”), is a snug and sexy escape on the second floor. The bar is modeled after the dark mezcal halls of Mexico City but offers plush seating and stunning views. Further up a few steps and out the double doors, is the patio filled with greenery and vegetation. The oasis overlooks the downtown Fort Worth skyline.
