The client possesses two, triple lots one block from each other. 97w provided a modern townhome apartment concept for college residents. The aesthetic of both projects is monumental and provides an alternative to the surrounding suburban residential feel of the neighborhood. Every townhome apartment has an exterior balcony and parking space/bathroom for each bedroom.
