25,000 SF mixed use ground up construction with 14,020 SF office interior

The ground floor tenant spaces can accommodates businesses, restaurants and mercantile. The building owner occupies the second floor of the building. The second floor features a large outdoor patio with stairs up to a mezzanine space, which provides views of the Arlington stadiums as well as downtown Dallas. A unique metal fin structure on the northwest corner of the building provides shade and branding. The exterior palette of Vermeer sawn stone and metal adds a modern feel and distinguishes the building from its surroundings. The same stone was brought inside of the building, which was accompanied by touches of wood, tile, and specialty lighting.
