Modern families and modern homes must be a machine for how a family operates in today’s active society. This project is a low-impact, urban infill site with a small footprint located adjacent to an active train. The second level nestles into the trees for a treehouse feel. Eco solutions include permeable paving solutions, high-performance glazing, efficient HVAC systems, high reflective roof, and strategic daylighting solutions.
