Entering through weathered stone walls surrounding the site, an open sotol field greets you with structures in the distance. One traverses through the fields, on access to the boutique hotel/distillery destination. The buildings are compact and pedestrian, made to feel as if it has grown through time. Patrons can stay, shop, explore tequila and sotol; through farming, harvesting and production.
