Scope

20,000 SF Mixed-Use Project; 5,700 SF Dental Office Interior

Project

The site grading varies twenty-eight feet from one side to the other. To accommodate this change in elevation, the building is split into two 2-story sections with a vertical circulation core in the middle. Stone, ribbed panels, and wood accents reflect the architecture of the area. A projected metal wrap created shadows and continues around the length of the building.

The interior layout is organized by the hygiene and exam rooms; each room has a large window for the patient to view exterior landscaping from the dental chair. The interior finishes are simple with wood paneling and moments for art display.
