The project site lies within the Downtown Design District, adjacent to a residential neighborhood, and active well site. The site is ideal due it immediate access to the interstate, downtown views, and connection to the Trinity River trail system. The idea for the urban site, is to bring the clubhouse to the street to hold the street edge. In addition, the clubhouse explodes in program to hold more of the street edge. On Level 1, there is a scooter, bicycle, and kayak rental station with restrooms/showers, and a pool. On Level 2, there is a business center, kitchen, and a living room. Porches and viewing decks are employed to garner downtown views, enjoy Texas winds, and flee mosquitos.
