13,000 SF Interior and Exterior Renovation


The building diagrammatically was broken down into four quadrants: unconditioned warehouse, future tenant space, open office with large and small training rooms, and kitchen area that spilled into the outdoors. Due to the varying floor levels, new polished concrete was poured to make the spaces flow better. The wood roof deck was stained, the structure was painted charcoal and the ceiling was lit from below.

We provided a simple contrasting facade in relation to the south masonry. The industrial ‘jugs’ were retained and now mark entry and provide signage for the building. A parking lot was provided in addition to trees and lights to enhance the street presence.
