The Archetype at 3131 Irving Boulevard was transformed from an outdated and lackluster six- building light industrial park to a hip urban industrial site filling a much-needed niche in the Brookhollow market. With immediate access to the interstate, the project enjoys momentum from a neighboring brewery and taproom at Pegasus Park, a mixed-use development adjacent to the Dallas Design District. The project underwent a rebrand, renovations, storefront upgrades, environmental graphics, enhanced landscaping, public art installations, and a presence the area was lacking. The exterior palette is a blackened steel frame with black slats that help patrons locate the entrances to each building.
