Approximately 17 acre master plan

The client asked to provide a variety of activites to a site that is not cohesive. There is an abudance of concrete due to the shipping and receiving nature of the operations. Greening of the site was an obvious first response. In addition, we proposed keeping the cars at the perimeter of the site. Then, patrons would be 'collected and connected' to the various activites in a pedestrian friendly manner. Water towers would be used as landmarks around the site to denote function. A large colorful overhead threshold would designate arrival.
